Architectural Processing
The sole purpose of the Architectural Application process is to maintain the architectural character of Four Fours, to keep the community attractive to all residents, and to protect yours and the other homeowner’s investment. Please ensure that prior to commencing any exterior architectural modification, that you submit and obtain approval from your Homeowners Association. Additionally, approval of your application from the association does not relieve you of the responsibility to obtain all required permits from all government agencies that may oversee your project.

The Board of Directors per the CC&R's and community needs have formed various standing and Ad Hoc committees to assist them with community issues. If you are interested in serving on a committee contact South Coast Property Management. Current committees are:

City of Newport Beach
​Newport Beach City Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 pm. The meetings take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach. The City Council typically hold Study Sessions prior to each meeting starting at 4:00 p.m. Special meetings may also be held at other times at the request of the mayor, or majority of the council members. The agenda is available at the city clerk's office at city hall on the Thursday morning preceding every council meeting.

The Planning Commission meets twice monthly on the Thursday immediately preceding the next City Council Meeting. Meetings also take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m.
